Hi, I’m Princess! 👋

After spending the past year traveling across Southeast Asia — volunteering, dancing, and building a business to empower Indonesia’s cooperatives and SMEs — I’m excited to return fully recharged and ready to make an impact.

About Me

I am Princess (yes, that’s my real name), an Indonesian Product Manager with a background in computer science, law, and economics. Over the past 6 years, I have built and shipped experiential and technical products for consumers and businesses alike. Most recently, I led teams at Delivery Hero that focused on improving consumers’ incentives, cart & checkout, and post-order experience.

I’ve always had a genuine passion for product management. People often laugh when I say this — but it’s true. What excites me most is solving problems and creating user-centric solutions that genuinely meet customer needs. For me, there’s nothing more fulfilling than knowing that a product I built makes someone’s life easier (or better)!

After years of working abroad, I felt a strong desire to give back to my home country. Combining my love for problem-solving with my expertise in product management led me to start a business dedicated to equipping Indonesia’s cooperatives and SMEs with the tools they need to thrive in today’s digital economy. Read more about it here.

Ideas I stand by

  1. Compassionate honesty. I believe in giving sincere feedback, while showing care for others. It’s like pointing out when someone has food stuck in their teeth — it might feel awkward initially, but staying silent only leads to greater discomfort (for them) later.

  1. Balancing head and heart. Logic and emotion aren’t opposites, they are complementary forces. Our decisions are shaped by our thoughts, emotions, and physical responses. Similarly, effective decision making requires balancing data analysis with user research.

  2. No one-size-fits-all process. I believe that every problem, every team, every organization has. It’s important to start a project by understanding the context in which the team operates, rather than applying a universal process.

  3. Navigating boundaries over absolutes. Most challenges don’t have a clear right or wrong answer — they involve managing trade-offs. Whether it’s balancing a perfect design with shipping software quickly, or compliance with creativity. Success lies in managing trade-offs and finding the right balance that works for each situation.
